- We sell to customers outside India. We do not accept orders for delivery within India.
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch your order or confirm it by email.

- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock errors, suspected fraud or an address we cannot deliver to.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Your bank may add currency conversion or card fees outside our control.

Orders ship from India according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties, VAT, taxes and customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

7. Product Use, Voltage and Safety
Our grinders are electrical appliances. Please check that the voltage and plug type are suitable for your country before ordering, and follow the user instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect voltage, misuse or unauthorised modification.

Products sold to customers outside India are sold without warranty. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
As a merchant, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
